FAQ's
What’s the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist?
A dietitian is a regulated healthcare professional qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy, while the term “nutritionist” can be less strictly regulated depending on the country. As a registered practitioner, I combine evidence-based nutrition with practical strategies tailored to your health or performance goals.
Who can benefit from working with you?
I work with a wide range of clients, including athletes, active individuals, and those looking to improve their overall health. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved sports performance, or managing a medical condition, plans are personalised to your needs and lifestyle.
Do I need to be an athlete to work with you?
Not at all. While I specialise in sports nutrition, I also work with general population clients who want to improve their health, energy levels, body composition, or relationship with food.
Can you help with specific dietary requirements?
Yes, I can support a range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and culturally specific diets, as well as food intolerances and allergies.
