About Me

About Me

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Registered Sports and Exercise Nutritionist with experience working across both clinical nutrition and sports performance.

I have spent over 7 years working within the NHS and currently work as an Acute and Gastroenterology Clinical Lead Dietitian. My role involves supporting patients with a wide range of medical and digestive conditions across both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping individuals manage complex health needs through tailored nutrition support.

Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong interest in performance nutrition. I’ve competed in natural bodybuilding competitions and completed multiple half marathons, and I continue to train regularly. This allows me to better understand the practical challenges of balancing nutrition, training, and everyday life.

Before qualifying as a dietitian, I spent 10 years working for Waitrose & Partners as a team leader, which helped develop my interest in food, health, and the role nutrition plays in day-to-day wellbeing.

I combine clinical experience with real-world understanding to provide practical, evidence-based nutrition advice that is tailored to the individual. My aim is to help you build a clear, sustainable approach that supports both your health and performance.
