Qualifications and Experience

About Me
Before becoming a registered dietitian, I spent nearly a decade working at Waitrose as a team leader. I worked across various departments, with a particular focus on food service; an experience that sparked my interest in nutritional quality and healthy eating. Simultaneously, I competed in several national bodybuilding competitions and continue to maintain an active lifestyle weightlifting, running, kayaking, and scuba diving.
I qualified in Wales in 2019 and since then I’ve had the pleasure of working across many specialties within the NHS in both Wales and England. This has allowed me to gain extensive experience across a wide range of clinical conditions, supporting patients and clients of all ages, backgrounds and individual needs.
I firmly believe that health and nutrition are deeply personal experiences, often intertwined with the everyday pressures of life, such as work, finances, mental wellbeing, and family or caring responsibilities. That’s why I take a holistic, person-centred approach in my work. By placing your needs at the core of our collaboration, we can create a plan that is not only realistic but sustainable and tailored to you.
